AIU High School complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and all applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
Personal and academic student information is collected and used solely for educational, administrative, and legal purposes.
For minor students, access to and authorization of academic records is subject to the consent of the parent or legal guardian. For students who are 18 years of age or older, these rights belong exclusively to the student.
Authorized access to student records may be granted to:
- AIU High School administrative and academic staff.
- Professionals or officials with a legitimate educational or legal interest, as authorized by the institution.
Academic transcripts and evaluation results may be released to the adult student, to the parent or legal guardian when applicable, or to authorized educational institutions upon formal request.
AIU High School implements appropriate administrative and technological safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their platform login credentials.
The institution may collect anonymous statistical data related to website usage without personally identifying users.
