AIU High School committed to
education!
Did you know that having an education is
a fundamental human right according to UNICEF?
If you have heard about the United Nations, you probably recognize the "United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund”, (UNICEF). In addition to proclaiming children's education as a human right, UNICEF also does its best to provide human beings, especially children, high-quality quality education.
Having an education is fundamental on its own right since through it people reach
primordial objectives for the world in which we live. For example, we can take
into account decreasing poverty, advancing society towards world peace, reinforcing values such as respect, honesty, and others. As it has been studied, developed countries tend to be those that give its citizens greater access to quality education.
Did you know that the lack of education
generates a loss in opportunities in our lives?
Through education we guarantee access to opportunities that sometimes we would not have thought about. For example, when you graduate high school and receive your diploma, there are many opportunities that present themselves, in both, the professional and the academic world. With a high school diploma people can apply to many more jobs with greater salaries
(in the United States, the difference between someone with a high school
diploma and one with inferior studies, is more than $10,000 a year and
$1,000,000 dollars in one's lifetime.
In AIU High School we share UNICEF's vision; we are in agreement with having access to high-quality quality education. This is the reason why we offer an online high school, to allow anyone; regardless of where they are in the world, whichever race they belong to, or what religion
they follow; to complete their dream to triumph and obtain their high school
diploma from the United States of America.
"Educate the children and it will not be necessary reprimand men."
